"My name is Ethan, and I am one of the student reps at Gibraltar College. My role as a student rep is to be an advocate for my peers, to ensure that their concerns and ideas can be heard. Being appointed as one of the student reps has been a great experience and has made my A Level journey a more enjoyable one. Undertaking this role involves networking with other student reps, staff and government officials in order to build connections that will benefit our college community. Furthermore, carrying out this role involves attending Government meetings, where alongside other student reps we advocate for student interest and discuss policies that impact young people."

Being one of the head student reps means acting as a voice for students, ensuring their opinions and concerns are geard, and working alongside staff to make meaningful improvements to college life. It's a role built on leadership, teamwork, and responsibility, and I truly love being in this position. Having the opportunity to support my peers, create positive changes, and contribute to a better College environment is something I'm really passionate about. From organising events, to addressing student issues, I am here to represent and support you.
