LEVEL 2 CITY & GUILDS DIPLOMA IN BEAUTY THERAPY (3003-63)

INTRODUCTION

This Level 2 Diploma in Beauty therapy is ideal for those who have some knowledge or basic skills in industry  from a role where you work under supervision. The course will enable you to further develop your skills or  start your first job within the beauty sector. 

All tuition takes place at The Gibraltar Academy of Hair and Beauty training salons and tuition is provided  by The Gibraltar Academy of Hair and Beauty. Online tests take place at Gibraltar College.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• A City & Guilds Level 2 Award in Hair and Beauty or equivalent, or industry experience 

• A minimum of a grade 3 for both GCSE English and GCSE Mathematics

• A good school/College report. 

COURSE STRUCTURE

This qualification covers a wide range of skills from nail technology, make up, facials, waxing and lash and brow treatments through to body massage. This specification is designed to be taken over one to two years.
